The sales and application engineering activity will be based in Germany with a team dedicated to serving customers throughout Europe and the rest of the world. However, customers in the UK, France and Italy will continue to receive support from sales and technical staff at local Federal-Mogul sealing facilities.
A highly experienced research and development team will be located in Cawston, UK, who will work in conjunction with the North American sealing research and development division. The company hopes this will lead to the development of innovative sealing systems solutions and enhance current technologies.
The company has also announced the appointment of William J. Zdeblick as director of the company's Michigan Technical Center and Colin Brown as managing director of the corporation's central research and development laboratories in Rugby, UK. Mr Zdeblick will be responsible for the North American central research and development,
