## Abstract ## Background The aim of this study was to evaluate the cost–utility of bariatric surgery (gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy and gastric banding) compared with ordinary treatment in the Finnish healthcare system. ## Methods Analysis was done from a healthcare provider's perspective
