As of Dec 31 2005, Co. had investments of approximately S2.00 billion in 250 real estate properties and mortgages. Co.'s 237 owned real estate properties are located in 27 states, totaling approximately 12.6 million square feet. Also, Co. provided property management services to about 7.3 million square feet nationwide.
