## Abstract We describe a thyrotoxic patient with choreic movements. The latter gradually receded and disappeared as the patient was treated with methimazole and β‐adrenoceptor blocker, and the improvement deteriorated during a β‐adrenoceptor challenge test. Our findings suggest that the pathogenes
