Someone's going to steal something. Billy and Nat don't know who. Or what. Or when. Or where. Or how. But if they don't figure it out soon, Baxter & Co. is going under.

When their investigation brings them to a holiday-themed resort, Billy, Nat and Adam team up with the owner to execute a sting. As if catching the criminal wasn't already tricky enough, now Billy also has to deal with his intense fear of all things Christmas – especially soulless animatronic reindeer.

Lucky he has such compassionate, kind colleagues to look after him in this trying time.

While they're flushing the thieves out, Nat's also working on her own side-project – finding out everything she possibly can about Adam's love life. Conveniently the cop who's helping them with the case is from Adam's hometown, so he might know some extra details...
