✦ Synopsis
Abstract
Copolymers of 2,2‐di(4‐methacryloxyphenyl) propane and several glycol dimethacrylates were studied to develop a suitable polymer for crown and bridge restorations and artifical bone. The physical properties of copolymers—hardness, abrasion resistance, compressive strength, and water sorption—were measured. These properties were markedly improved by introduction of highly crosslinked structure.
