To gain further insight into the ability of Photofrin II to photosensitize mitochondrial translocators, and to ascertain whether mitochondrial thiols are specific targets of Photofrin II, the activity of phosphate carrier was measured in isolated rat liver mitochondria irradiated with 365 nm light i
