The finite energy corrections and/or the hadronic scale effects to the QCD intermittency signal for e + -e-jets are calculated at the partonic level. It is shown that the corresponding results agrees qualitatively with experimental data. As a consequence, the confinement (hadronization) effects on this observable cannot be important.
