Ionic conductivity measurements have been made on pure. copper-doped and cadmium-doped single crystals. Dielectric measurements in the frequency range 30 Hz-100 Hz showed that there was no anomalously to be (0.61) 0.02)eV and mi~ation energies for silver ion inter&ah and vacancies in the c direction
