✦ Synopsis

Experimental dependences of the growth rate of the {1 0 0} faces of KH 2 PO 4 (KDP) crystals on supersaturation in solutions with H 3 PO 4 and KOH additives have been obtained. The growth rate of the {1 0 0} faces of a KH 2 PO 4 crystal is minimum in aqueous solutions of natural pH and increases in the presence of H 3 PO 4 and KOH additives at constant supersaturation. The increase in the growth rate correlates with enhancement of KH 2 PO 4 solubility.
