✦ Synopsis
Relatively little attention has been paid to the use of group sensitivity training in developing nations. This study investigated the effects of group sensitivity training on the inter-and intrapersonal relations and the work performance of 20 workers and 20 managers of the Petroleum Authority of Thailand. Results show significant improvement in both inter-and intrapersonal relations for the experimental workers group, experimental managers group, and experimental mixed workers/managers group. However, significant improvement in work performance was found for both experimental and control groups.
