✦ Synopsis
Seven b-type P nnd R branch rotational transitions and seven u-type @ branch transitions have been measured for the slightly asymmetric rotor H f4Ns in the microwave and millimeter wave regions. The information obtained from these transitions includes the rotational constant Ao = 610996.2 (6.0) MHz. the component of the dipole moment along the b-axis lpb! = 1.48 (5) deby q refined values of the rotational constants Bo and 6, and of the centrifugal distortion constants for this motecute. Combmmg the value of lubl with the value of l,udl = 0.837 debyk mens- wed previously for K = I transitions the total dipole moment is found to be 1.70 (5) Gehye.
