โœฆ Synopsis

The Green's dyadics are constructed for a bi-anisotropic medium in which the four medium dyadics are proportional to the same dyadic. Since this dyadic is not symmetric, it is not possible to deriยจe the Green's dyadics from the Green's dyadics for a bi-isotropic medium by an affine transformation. If one scalar material condition is satisfied it is possible to deriยจe the Green's dyadics in closed form; otherwise, a one-dimensional integral representation is obtained.

## CONCLUSION In this paper, the high-frequency CแސV characteristic of a PSVD used in GaAS MMIC is discussed, and a physics-equivalent circuit and process-parameters-based model are established. The claim of Liu et al. in a recent paper in this journal that rigor is lacking and something is amiss in preยจiously deriยจed expressions of the infinite-medium dyadic Green's functions of a homogeneous, isotropic chiral medium is shown to be without any substance. As a consequence, the paper by Liu
