โฆ Synopsis
A 13-year-old company located in Vancouver, British Columbia, might not be the first to come to mind when considering firms seeking to play major roles in the global green fuel production sector. While the development and use of green fuels is not particularly new, the process of producing them on a commercial scale is. Nevertheless, DynaMotive Energy Systems Corporation has not seemed the least bit hesitant to jump into this field while confidently asserting that it "is positioned to make a significant impact in the world energy markets." DynaMotive's aim is to economically and reliably produce a new liquid fuel, "BioOil," derived from biomass (including agricultural and forest residues), which is capable of displacing heavy hydrocarbon fuels in heat and power applications and eventually replacing fossil fuels in other applications. Moreover, BioOil, a liquid fuel with medium heating value, does not need refining.
