โฆ Synopsis
Wolson and Walls described the sonographic appearance of pancreatic cystadenomas (1). We present gray scale images of two pancreatic cystadenomas, one similar in appearance to those described by Wolson and Walls. The other patient, however, showed a large echogenic lesion in which the cystic elements could not be readily seen.
