Daisy puts CAE on VAX

Daisy Systems has announced a VAX-based CAE workstation, in what it describes as a strategic move to capture the corporate market. Daisy is aiming the system at those environments where there is already a corporate commitment to the use of VAX computers.

Daisy's Logician VX combines DEC's MicroVAX II with a Daisy Personal Logician AT graphics workstation to provide a single user system. Access to Daisy's suite of CAE software is combined with the ability to run VAX-based applications.
