Nonlogarithmic graphical treatments of acid/base titration data are presented which can identify and compensate for unknown contaminations of a compound by either a strong mineral acid or base. The methods which have been demonstrated allow an accurate determination of an acid dissociation constant of a compound in the presence of up to 50% contamination by strong mineral acid or base. 406
