## Abstract Fifteen cases of granular cell tumour of superficial soft tissues or tongue were immunohistochemically evaluated for different types of intermediate filament proteins and for laminin, a glycoprotein of basal laminae. Four of the tumours were studied ultrastructurally. The tumour cells a
