The correlation between gram boundary embrittlement and the atomic structure of the boundaries were investigated in Cu f 0.1'6 Bi alloy by measuring the degrees of embrittlement (by means of varying degrees of ultrasonic irradiation) of about 10.000 boundaries of various structures. as a function of
