Tietze's syndrome, a nonsuppurative, tender swelling of the anterior chest wall, is a disorder of uncertain etiology and pathology, unassociated with constitutional disturbances, and of a prolonged fluctuating course. Familiarity with the uniform clinical manifestations of this relatively frequent e
