## Abstract ## BACKGROUND The objective of the current study was a retrospective evaluation of 100 consecutive premenopausal women with highโ€risk, early breast carcinoma who received a gonadotropinโ€releasing hormone (Gnโ€RH) analogue as ovarian protection during adjuvant chemotherapy. ## METHODS
