## Abstract ## Background Malignant mucosal melanoma of the head and neck is a rare cancer in adults that carries a grave prognosis. Three mucosal melanomas in pediatric patients have previously been reported. ## Methods We present here the youngest case of malignant mucosal melanoma of the head
