Abstract

Nine new triterpenoid saponins; latifolosides Iο£ΏQ and three known compounds: Kudinoside A, cis‐roseoside, and kaempferol‐3‐O‐α‐L‐rhamnopyranosyl (1–6)‐O‐β‐D‐glucopyanoside were isolated from the leaves of Ilex latifolia. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic and chemical methods.

## Abstract Eight new triterpene saponins, ilexpernosides C–J (**1**–**8**, resp.), and eight known triterpene saponins were isolated from the 70% EtOH extract of the leaves of __Ilex pernyi.__ The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic data and chemical degradation.
