✦ Synopsis

Abstract

A scalable lumped‐element equivalent circuit of a prematched, multifinger FET cell is proposed. The model is derived using a global modeling approach that exploits both circuit and full‐wave analysis, accounting for phase delay along gate and drain manifolds. The availability of such a model is useful to perform fast performance analysis and optimization of the prematching network. © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. ## Abstract In this work, a continuous hybrid approach (CHA) to the determination of the FET model elements for the maximum transducer power gain in a frequency band is presented. The CHA is based on a continuous parameter genetic algorithm and a controlled random search algorithm. The result obtai

## Abstract Scheduling of crude oil operations is a critical and complicated component of overall refinery operations, because crude oil costs account for about 80% of the refinery turnover. Moreover, blending with less expensive crudes can significantly increase profit margins. The mathematical mo
