In this paper, the exact boundary controllability of nodal profile is established for quasilinear hyperbolic systems with general nonlinear boundary and interface conditions in a tree-like network with general topology. The basic principles for giving nodal profiles and for choosing boundary control
## Abstract In this paper we establish the exact boundary controllability for quasilinear hyperbolic systems with interface conditions. As an application, we get the exact boundary controllability of unsteady flows in a stringβlike network of open canals. Copyright Β© 2004 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
## Abstract This paper is concerned with the asymptotic behaviour of global classical solutions of diagonalizable quasilinear hyperbolic systems with linearly degenerate characteristic fields. Based on the existence results of global classical solutions, we prove that when __t__ tends to infinity,
