Fact: No one can predict what would happen if the union won. The union can't pay you any more. Only the company pays you. We do our best to pay fair and competitive wages. If the union wins, it could ask us to increase your pay, but that doesn't mean the company would necessarily agree to do so.
Fallacy: "If the union wins, we'll get paid 'union scale.' " Fact: There is no law that requires the company to pay you 'union scale,' whatever that is. If the union wins, the company will bargain in good faith. As part of bargaining, the union can ask that wages be increased. But the company can reject any demand that is unreasonable. Fallacy: "If the union wins, we'll get everything we have now, plus better wages and benefits.
