We report on a patient whose clinical, radiologic, and histopathologic findings are compatible with the Piepkorn type of lethal short-limb osteochondrodysplasia, but who also showed multinucleated giant chondrocytes in cartilage. Multinucleated giant cells are an unusual finding in osteochondrodyspl
