β¦ Synopsis
Geophysical data capture and processing technologies have developed to a point that current applications are covering broad survey areas with the aim of non-invasively mapping the landscape. The increasedamount of data that are collected during these surveyspresent a new challenge foreffective processing, integration to project databases and visualization of geophysical data that will enable the most effective archaeologicalinterpretation and feedback possible.Over the past decade numerous initiatives have been undertaken to investigate data fusion and visualization. This paper presents current research being undertaken to explore data fusion through visualization and modelling methods using Amira visualization software.
