## Abstract Oxidative stress reactions may contribute to the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease (PD). The superoxide dismutases potentially play significant roles in PD by detoxifying superoxide radical. We developed genomic DNA and cDNAβbased sequencing assays to identify genetic variants in the
