## Abstract Using noninfectious Sendai virus preparations after selective enzymatic digestion of either of the two viral envelope glycoproteins, it was possible to study the effect of different virionโcell membrane interactions on virusโspecific cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) induction __in vitro__.
