Abstract
It is shown that no generalization of the affinity introduced in the DIRAC equation may change the geodesic motion of pole particles. One cannot deduce the lemma of RICCI or absence of torsion by the mere fact that this yields in the case of the affinity to be used in the dynamical equation.
