โœฆ Synopsis

Many sensors available today do not fully utilize the potential of microelectronie fabrication techniques. Further, the output from most sensors is analogue and therefbre incompatible with the digital microprocessor, today's key element in instrument and control systems. This paper outlines the approach taken to produce flexible sensors that interface directly to a microprocessor and are fabricated using standard microelectronic production processes.
