We present a vector dominance model to describe radiative decays involving the light scalar mesons. Assuming that the light scalar mesons form a nonet this model gives relations among various decay amplitudes of the form S + yy, V -+ Sy and S ---f Vy, where S and V denote scalar and vector mesons. The relations among differential cross section, polarization and helicity density matrix elements in yN -+ nN and TN --L VN processes are given for the photon-vector-meson analogy model. For example, the differential cross sections of yN + ?rN processes are given in terms of density matrix elements
