Abstract

Die sieben möglichen 2‐, 3‐ und 4‐Mono‐, Di‐ und Trimethylderivate 2b‐h von 6‐(4‐Di‐äthylamino‐1‐methylbutylamino)‐5,8‐dimethoxychinolin (2a) wurden synthetisiert, um den Einfluß von Methylsubstituenten im Pyridinring von 2a auf dessen Malariawirksamkeit und Toxizität zu untersuchen.
