Six
USES oj'gustric retiinant cancer that occurred muny years (ftt'r Billroth II gastrwtomy and gastrojejunostomy Jbr benign disease are reported. They ure classified as intestinal type and gusiric type on the basis of their morphologic appearance. Their cytologic and histologic feutures are tabulated along wirh a .summary of the clinical histories. Emphasis is placed on the possible high risk fbr patients with Billroth I I procedures c$ dewloping cancer 10 to 2.5 yeurs after surgery.
