β¦ Synopsis
The aim of this paper is to present a generalized form of the Galois connection between the intermediate ΓΏelds of a ΓΏeld extension and the subgroups of the corresponding Galois group. We prove that the fundamental theorem of Galois theory accepts a generalization in the fuzzy framework.

In studying Leopoldt's conjecture for Galois number fields a sufficient condition is proposed which includes the known criteria and moreover refers only to the character table of the Galois group in question. Hence it may easily be checked. Tables of the computations are given. New examples, if only
We prove that two arithmetically significant extensions of a field F coincide if w x and only if the Witt ring WF is a group ring β«ήβ¬rn G . Furthermore, working modulo squares with Galois groups which are 2-groups, we establish a theorem analogous to Hilbert's Theorem 90 and show that an identity li
