✦ Synopsis

The glycolipids from Actinomyces viscosus were investigated. A 1-O-monogalactosyl-diglyceride was identified. Analysis of its fatty acids by mass spectrometry showed that they consisted largely of palmitic and stearic acids and their m onounsaturated horn ologues.
