The experimentally observed effect of the Cs\* tine-structure level on the title reaction is reproduced by a rough (collinear, onedimensional) dynamical treatment using accurate long-distance entrance channel potentials, as obtained from an effective Hamiltonian method, and hemiquantal dynamics in t
