In an earlier paper, using the set of non-negative fuzzy real numbers R\*(I), we constructed a fuzzy normed algebra C(I). In this paper the concept of fuzzy semi-inner product of fuzzy points is introduced on a C(I) module X. Also some properties of fuzzy linear functionals on the fuzzy semi-inner p
