✦ Synopsis

Properties of continuous functions from the set of fuzzy numbers, with support in a closed interval, to the set of all fuzzy numbers are investigated. Associated to the metrics on the set of all fuzzy numbers, we give two metrics on the set of all continuous functions and prove that the algebraic operations are continuous.
