โœฆ Synopsis

A report is given of the results obtained in separating the isotopes of neon by means of rectifying the liquid. Fourteen rectifications were performed, which took four days each. The lightest neon had an atomic weight of 20.043, the heaviest neon one of 21.157. Of each of the different samples we got about 41.

## Abstract Several ways to separate a connected graph into three components by the removal of edges are discussed. Graphical parameters that count the number of edges removed are introduced and the relations between these parameters are given.
