## Abstract ## Background Radiotherapy of the head region in children is known to cause long‐term sequelae, such as facial, dental, and ocular abnormalities. We investigated whether a decreased nasal mucociliary function occurs after radiotherapy of the head in children. ## Methods A saccharin/c
