โฆ Synopsis
Calli obtained from explants of the inflorescence axis of Heracleum sphondylium subsp. sphondylium L. produce bergapten (2.5-3.6 m/g), imperatorin (0.7-1.5 m/g), isopimpinellin (3.8-5.1 m/g) and xanthotoxin (0.7-1.2 m/g) during growth in Stage I. Growth regulators added to the culture medium do not seem to affect the furocoumarin quali-quantitative pattern.
