I didn't get very far with this book, as it is well beyond my level of familiarity. It is very math intensive, and requires a sound foundation in the topic. I'm not too sure I understand why it's called "Fundamentals of Semiconductors", I might suggest "A Very Intense Treatment of Semiconductors".
