โฆ Synopsis
Poly(propylene ether carbonate)diols have been functionalized by phosphorylation with dimethyl phosphonate (CH30)2P(O)H. Two new functional groups P--H and POCH 3 have been introduced into the macromolecules. The new functional groups, mainly P--H, allow the phosphoruscontaiing poly(propylene ether carbonate)s to participate in transesterification, alkylation (interaction with amines) and dealkylation (interaction with ammonium and metal salts). The structure of phosphoruscontaining poly(propylene ether carbonate)diols is proved by IH, and t3C-NMR and i.r. spectroscopy and also by elemental analysis for phosphorus.
