The protective effect of melatonin, 6-hydroxymelatonin and N-acetylserotonin against alpha-naphthylisothiocyanate (ANIT)-induced liver injury was investigated and compared in rats injected once with the hepatotoxicant (75 mg/kg body weight). In rats injected with ANIT alone, liver injury with choles

The behavioural effects induced in mice by the chronic administration of (+)-methamphetamine (MA) and (+)-amphetamine (A) at three dosages were studied under identical research conditions. The results indicated that MA exerted greater central excitation than A. At the dosage 0.64 mg/kg quiescence wa
