✦ Synopsis

The following collection of Frik's taghs is from My Library series. Each book from My Library series represents one of classical Armenian writers or poets' best works. The series is intended for schoolchildren, students, adult readers and generally all those who are interested in Armenian literature.
About 50 of Frik's poetry survived during the years, the best of which are included in the treasury of world poetry. Part of his works is written in classical old Armenian, part of them is written in medieval Armenian. Frik wrote in a simple language so that everyone could understand.

Ֆրիկի այս ժողովածուն լոյս է տեսել «Իմ գրադարանը» մատենաշարով: «Իմ գրադարանը» մատենաշարի իւրաքանչիւր գրքում ներկայացուած են հայ դասական գրողների լաւագոյն գործերը: Մատենաշարը հասցէագրուած է դպրոցականներին, ուսանողներին, մեծահասակ ընթերցողներին եւ առհասարակ բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր սիրում են հայ գրականութիւնը:
Միջնադարեան մեծատաղանդ հայ բանաստեղծ Ֆրիկի «Տաղերը» լոյս են տեսել «Իմ գրադարանը» մատենաշարով: Ֆրիկից պահպանուել են մօտ 5 տասնեակ բանաստեղծութիւններ, որոնցից լաւագոյններն ընդգրկուած են համաշխարհային պօէզիայի գանձարանում: Ֆրիկը գրել է ժողովրդին հասկանալի պարզ ու յստակ լեզուով։ Ահա թէ ինչպէս է հէնց ինքը Ֆրիկը գրում իր մասին. «Ֆրիկը յանցեղ պարզ է խօսել, որ ամենայն մարդ իմանայ»:
