Polyamide1010 (PA1010) and its composite with nanometer-sized silica (PA1010/n-SiO 2 ) coatings were deposited using a flame spray process. The thermal behaviors, mechanical and tribological properties were investigated. The dry friction and wear behaviors of PA1010 and PA1010/n-SiO 2 composite coat
