French Sleet.--!n a recent storm, file ground and trees in many p~Lrts of France were covered with a crust of ice of remarkable thick-/less tilt that country. Some of the leaves were loaded with a weight of ice fifty times as great as their own weight. Trees, telegraphic wires lind nearly all extern
