✦ Synopsis

Based on the basic equations of three-dimensional theory of elasticity, this paper establishes the state-space equation of the axisymmetric vibration of laminated annular plates composed of transversely isotropic layers. Taking advantage of the "nite Hankel transform, four exact solutions are obtained for four di!erent types of boundary conditions. The calculating methods of frequencies and mode shapes are presented. Lastly, numerical results are given to validate the present method.
